Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our front desk team members. Please fill out your paperwork online, prior to your appointment, by clicking the button below. If you are unable to complete your forms online, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes early, to allow ample time to complete your paperwork.

First Checkup & X-rays

Your first meeting will be with your dentist to discuss your medical history. If there are any oral health concerns or questions, we encourage you to talk to your dentist! The next step is a full examination of your teeth, gums, and mouth and will include x-rays. This gives us the opportunity to fully understand your current oral health status and how our dental team can assist you.

After your full exam by your dentist, it is possible that a teeth cleaning will not be part of your first visit. We are creating a hygiene treatment plan tailored just for you, ensuring that you reap the maximum benefits from your cleaning sessions. While your dentist will deliver expert advice, your questions are always encouraged and you have the ultimate decision-making power in your treatment.

The goal of your treatment plan is to nip potential issues in the bud before they become larger, costlier problems. Your treatment plan will address both immediate concerns as well as flag other issues that may affect your long-term oral health.

After your initial exam with your dentist, our office manager will be available to address any further questions or concerns you may have, including payment options and how your dental insurance functions.
